My Life Vision

I been through everything you can think of and I'm only 18 years old. I made mistakes that I had to learn from. And I did some things that I wish I could take back but I cant . My life can only get better at this point. I see my future as something worth waiting on. I feel like God has a plan for me, and he putting me through all kinds of tests just to see if I'm strong enough to handle what he has in store for me. I would love to learn a lot more things in life and about my life as well. like why did my father walk out on my mom before I was even born, didn't even get to see his daughters face not just once. I always wanted to know what was the real story , the story that my mother never told me because I was to young to understand. I would love to learn how to be a better leader for my pairs. they seem to look up to me for some reason and I just let them down every time. so now I want to learn how to put aside my problems and just be a shoulder to cry on for someone else's. the biggest thing the I want to learn about is myself , I notice that I hold a lot in and don't know how to control my emotions at time. I need to learn that if I want to become some body or be an example for somebody else I have to start with my self, as in fixing things that I need to work on. My identity is a major thing for me, having to accept it and embrace the fact that I am this person and I cant change that for nothing. Well yea this is my vision on my life.

Growing Your Performance

1. I feel that i am a level 3 on the Theory of Performance because I'm a positive person and I enjoy people. Knowledge wise I love solving problems and improving my performance. I'm a positive person and I feel good about my accomplishments. And I am able to learn on how people function.

2. I am least prepared in being able to learn from how other people function in a particular area. And reacting to certain challenges without complaining.

3. The strength of my identity makes me who I am. And how I would get through college as a person and as a student. Depending on how strong my identity is, that's how I will be able to determine my success.

4. I can tell that this student is very intelligent and is willing to strive for better. And is also willing to do better as well. He wasn't ashamed to join study groups with other kids who needed help as well. And by doing that, that was also a way for him to meet new people and make new friends.
